The city’s comprehensive zoning plan known as Memphis 3.0 has fired up some Midtown residents who are fighting against rapid density and trying to preserve Midtown’s charm.
Signs that read “Don’t Let Memphis 3.0 Sell Out Our Neighborhoods” have popped up throughout Midtown.
