Oak Court developers want it to be ‘truly mixed-use property’
Though the future of the Oak Court Mall site remains unknown, a submitted concept plan offers some insight into what could be built there.
Scott Kern, president of KPS Development Partners, filed an amended plan Wednesday, April 30, for the Poplar Avenue site with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development.
