Downtown college campus foreclosed, up for sale
Visible Music College’s Downtown campus is listed for sale after the property went into foreclosure.
WMC 200 Madison Ave, an affiliate of WM Capital Partners, bought 200 Madison Ave. for $4.5 million after the property went into foreclosure, according to deed records.
The Austin, Texas-based investment company is listed as the lender in the deed records.
