Local home sales make ‘noteworthy’ jump in September
Home prices rose by 7% in September compared to the same time last year. (The Daily Memphian file)
Local home sales in September increased 13% compared to the same period a year ago, according to the Memphis Area Association of Realtors.
MAAR’s monthly report showed 1,460 homes sold in September, nearly a 9% increase from the 1,342 in August.
