The future is bright for Downtown and Midtown, developers say

Crosstown Concourse President and CEO Todd Richardson said the 1.5 million-square-foot redevelopment of the former Sears building came about because he “didn’t know that it wasn’t possible.”

A decade later, the vertical village is an iconic project in the Cleveland Street corridor, which is poised for more development.
