Leaders at Artisent Floors are preparing to introduce a retro-style laundromat at 3852 Park Ave., a 4,900-square-foot commercial strip.
Alex Griffith and Jason Martin, who own and operate Artisent Floors, bought the Park Avenue property for $400,000.
