Cheers at last: The Station opens following court battles and delays

There were points, Ethan Edwards candidly admitted Tuesday, that he thought this day might never come.

After more than a year of delays caused by opposition from a coalition of nearby liquor stores, Edwards finally fully opened The Station in East Memphis Tuesday, Feb. 17, inside the former Bed, Bath and Beyond space at 870 S. White Station Road.
