The Prairie Farms property in Overton Square is on the market for $15 million.
The 9.25-acre site, between Malco’s Studio on the Square and the Blue Monkey restaurant, consists of a 6.56-acre parcel at 2040 Madison Ave. and 2.68-acre parcel at 2018 Court Road.
“The site has long been part of the fabric of Midtown, even before its time as a dairy facility, and we see this as an opportunity for it to continue serving the community in a new way,” David Warmath, general manager for Prairie Farms, said.
