In-N-Out restaurant in East Memphis delayed

Memphians might have to wait a little longer for an In-N-Out burger.
Memphis-Shelby County Code Enforcement issued a stop-work order on the California-based fast food chain’s East Memphis site June 29, citing the property for gas pumps and the canopy being demolished without a permit.
An inspector returned July 7 and talked with a broker for the property owners, telling them to let Circle K know it needs to obtain a demolition permit.
