Nearly $170K could be coming to possible Downtown restaurants and Cotton Row
The Cotton Row Historic District could be getting a glow-up and Downtown a pair of new restaurants if the Center City Development Corp. approves four grants Wednesday, July 14.
The Downtown Memphis Commission is considering a total of $169,933 in grants for two historic properties and two proposed restaurants.
Atlanta-based development and investment firm Tirrill-Hyde is applying for a $60,000 exterior-improvement grant as part of a $736,879 million stabilization of 48 S. Front St.
