Downtown exterior refreshes and new apartment complex to go before board

The Downtown Memphis Commission Design Review Board will review three projects at its Sept. 9 meeting.
The projects include two renovations and a new apartment complex.
Gabriel Velasquez submitted a new application for exterior renovation to a 115-year-old property at 409 S. Main St.
