A local private investment company continues to snatch up fully leased properties throughout Memphis.
BP2 GP just bought a fully leased shopping center at Summer Avenue and Sycamore View Road for $3.3 million.
Sycamore View Plaza is a 57,295-square-foot multi-tenant retail center at 5855 Summer Ave. and 1658–1666 Sycamore View Road in Memphis.
