Developers buy historic Downtown Memphis building
A local development team has purchased the 116-year-old building at 139 Madison Ave. for $1 million and plans to invest several million dollars to redevelop it as a mixed-use property.
The project could reflect growing investor interest in Downtown Memphis, fueled by increased activity and redevelopment along the Madison Avenue corridor.
