FedEx Ground sues one of its largest contractors
FedEx Ground has sued Route Consultant and President Spence Patton for what it calls a “coordinated and multi-faceted campaign” from Patton to promote his own business by “unfairly and wrongfully disparaging” the Memphis-based company through false statements. (AP file)
