‘We’re all replaceable’: Memphis airport board chair, CEO not concerned about state bill
“We have not had a say in who appointed our members or who was appointed since the state legislature created the airport authority in 1969,” said Terry Blue, who has been president and CEO of Memphis International Airport since January 2024. “So our job really will not change. Our job is to run a safe, efficient, effective airport.” (Sophia Surrett/The Daily Memphian file)
No matter who sits on the board, airport staff still must run Memphis International Airport safely and efficiently, says the MSCAA board chair and the airport’s CEO.
