Memphis residents sue SpaceXAI over ‘roaring’ turbines at Southaven plant

A federal class action lawsuit was filed against SpaceXAI and one of its subsidiaries, claiming noise from turbines in Southaven harms Memphis residents.
The suit was filed on Tuesday, Sept. 22, in the District Court for the Western District of Tennessee — which lacks jurisdiction over Mississippi.
