Shelby Co. adds 120+ coronavirus cases
Shelby County added more than 120 new coronavirus cases Monday, June 1. The state has not yet reported its new cases for the day.
The area’s total number of cases — both recovered and ongoing — is now at more than 5,000.
In all, more than 75,000 tests have been performed in Shelby County, with an overall positivity rate of 6.8%.
Using a logarithmic graph shows how the rate of growth in the area’s number of cases is slowing, though overall case numbers continue to grow.
