As a Black, queer, first-generation college graduate, Destiniee Jaram is passionate about covering historically misrepresented and ignored communities. She grew up in a suburb of Cleveland with her two sisters, mother and many beloved pit bulls. She is an avid lover of salt-water taffy and high-quality journalism.
