The 2025 St. Jude Telethon has raised a record-breaking $12.1. million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, exceeding last year’s total of $11.6 million and making it the most successful event in the telethon’s 48-year history.
The telethon, in which people call in to donate during a live broadcast, was televised from the Peoria Civic Center in Peoria, Illinois, on Saturday, Aug. 2.
Peoria is home to The Jim and Trudy Maloof St. Jude Midwest Affiliate Clinic, St. Jude’s first satellite clinic.

This game follows some of the conventions of Wordle. You get six tries to guess each individual word. If a letter on the keypad turns yellow, the letter is in that specific word, but it’s in the wrong spot. If it turns green, the letter is in the right spot. If it turns gray, it’s not part of the word.
But unlike Wordle, there can be any number of words or letters.
