Back Nine Golf, a golf-simulator business, will open a Southaven location next year at 6601 Snowden Lane in the Top of the Sipp development.
Franchisee David Chamberlain is leasing the facility. Jonathan Aur, founding partner of Jones Aur Commercial Real Estate, brokered the deal.
“I really want this space to be an extension of a member’s home, a place where they can feel comfortable hanging out and playing some of the best golf courses known, all at their convenience,” Chamberlain said. “I sort of see this as a gym for golfers to hone their skills.”

This game follows some of the conventions of Wordle. You get six tries to guess each individual word. If a letter on the keypad turns yellow, the letter is in that specific word, but it’s in the wrong spot. If it turns green, the letter is in the right spot. If it turns gray, it’s not part of the word.
But unlike Wordle, there can be any number of words or letters.
