Daily Jigsaw: Opa!
It was all hands on deck Sunday, May 3, as more than 50 volunteers of all ages were gathered at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church to package cookies for this year’s Memphis Greek Festival.
Last weekend kick-started the culmination of months of preparation for the festival’s 67th year as volunteers packed more than 15,000 pastries to sell.
Food is always a highlight of the festival that showcases authentic Greek culture.
