JoJo’s Espresso, ‘Bourbon Butterscotch Latte’

The bourbon butterscotch latte comes with butterscotch sauce, topped with brown sugar cold foam and your choice of milk — which, for me, is whole milk. 

First off, you should know that, despite its name, this latte doesn’t have any alcohol. You can, however, taste a slight smoke from the bourbon barrel-aged espresso beans. 

The caramelized brown sugar-and-butter candy pairs well with the similarly flavored cold foam, and it took me back to my grandmother’s candy dish.
