Tennessee coronavirus cases top 30,000

State coronavirus cases are at 30,432, the Tennessee Department of Health reported Sunday, June 14. That number is an increase of 891 from Saturday. There have been 475 deaths related to COVID-19, an increase of three since Saturday.


Six inmates, 13 employees are positive for COVID after surge testing


There are 6,636 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Shelby County on Sunday, June 14, 2020, and that number includes 139 deaths.

The number of cases is up 80 from Saturday, June 13.

Testing for COVID-19 is available at no cost for anyone experiencing even mild symptoms. Testing sites are located throughout Shelby County. People who have been exposed to someone who has confirmed COVID-19 and are experiencing mild to moderate symptoms, should call their doctor or the Shelby County COVID-19 hotline at 833-943-1658.
