Juveniles charged with crimes up 42% from last year
Juveniles facing criminal charges in Shelby County Juvenile Court increased more than 40% according to a report from the Memphis Shelby Crime Commission. (The Daily Memphian file)
And, of all juvenile criminal cases, 40% involved juveniles who are considered repeat offenders.
