MSCS, teacher unions end second week with two agreements

Representatives from Memphis-Shelby County Schools and its two teacher unions had collaborative conferencing sessions Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 18 and 19, coming to an agreement on two topics and leaving one for when the groups reconvene.
