Dozens arrested for alleged roles in retail theft ring

Several individuals were arrested by the Mutli-Agency Gang Unit during the Memphis Police Department’s Operation Broken Bottles and were found to have allegedly targeted 21 businesses, mostly liquor stores, over the last seven months.
