Gina Sugarmon leaves legacy of education, hospitality in Memphis

Friends and family members remember Gina Sugarmon, who died Saturday after a long battle with cancer. The widow of noted judge and Civil Rights activist Russell Sugarmon was known as a passionate advocate for early childhood education and, as a German immigrant, a hospitable tour guide of her adopted hometown.
