Tennessee troopers join forces with Memphis, Shelby County to combat road rage shootings

The Tennessee Highway Patrol will send 30 troopers to Memphis to help local law enforcement deal with interstate and road rage shootings in the city. To date, there have been 32 shootings and one man was killed.
