Palmer Home expanding its Hernando campus, foster services

Traditionally a residential foster care organization that placed children who were voluntarily referred to one of its campus homes, Palmer Home has added three more service lines – private foster care, transitional care for children 18-24 and respite care for victims of sex trafficking.
