Veazey leaving city government for ALSAC post
Kyle Veazey, the deputy chief operating officer for the city of Memphis, is moving to ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, as senior vice president for executive operations.
Veazey will be in charge of all executive office operations in his new role, according to a statement.
“Veazey brings high-level experience in project management, executive communications and crisis management,” the statement reads.
Veazey is one of three high-level hires announced by ALSAC.
Ike Anand moves from Expedia Group to ALSAC as chief operating officer and Annette Green joins ALSAC as chief people officer.
The statement said the three were being added to the senior leadership team “during an unprecedented time that presents new opportunities to demonstrate purpose and intention while driving home the St. Jude mission: Finding cures. Saving children.”
