Memphis Police Super Bowl commercial part of $17,000 ad buy
Essica Cage, president of the Memphis Police Association, said she thinks airing the local ad during a primetime event like the Super Bowl was a good idea. “Hopefully it does help recruitment,” she said. “I think anything they can do, as much exposure as they can get is a good thing, it’s a positive thing.” (Daily Memphian file)
The recruitment ad was part of a series of ads planned as the department seeks to increase its force size.
