One Beale financing, Frayser flood plain housing top council agenda
The Memphis City Council will vote on changes to the financing of The Grand Hyatt hotel at the One Beale Development. The hotel is the last of three at One Beale that will give the city a total of 700 hotel rooms to meet the needs of large conventions at the recently renovated Renasant Convention Center. The Memphis City Council meets Tuesday, July 12, at 3:30 p.m. Committee sessions start at 8 a.m. at City Hall. Items on the agenda include One Beale financing and Frayser flood plain housing.
