Janika White is an attorney for the Shelby County Board of Commissioners. Jerri Green is a senior policy adviser to Shelby County Mayor Lee Harris.

Both were deeply involved the City Council’s budget process and in watching the Commission make similar decisions. And for each, their role in the city budget process was partially informed by the county process.
