Spat between city and attorneys for Tyré Nichols’ family unworthy of sanctions, judge says
“Again, the Court expects Plaintiff—and Defendants—to not make any knowingly false statements regarding the case in or outside the Court, and of course there is always the potential for a finding of contempt, depending on the circumstances.
