The Memphis Safe Task Force highlighted its seizure of more than 400 illegal guns last week, touting the firearms’ confiscation as a sign of the Task Force’s progress in lowering crime.
In a state where most adults can carry weapons without a permit, there are still factors that can make guns illegal, such as the circumstances surrounding the firearms possession and the person who is possessing them.
