City solid waste pickup delayed again
The city has not had consistent solid waste pickup service since Jan. 24 when it initially planned some pickups ahead of the Monday, Jan. 25, federal holiday honoring Martin Luther King Jr. (The Daily Memphian file)
The city has not has solid waste pickups since Jan. 24 as remnants of the winter storm stubbornly hang around.
