Know Campus School? Innovative School District wants to scale it up

All day long, Sally Parish gets calls and emails from parents hoping she has room for one more student in the Innovative School District, the University of Memphis-run school system.
It becomes the first in the state July 1, and its name alone is part of the reason parents are persistent and hopeful.
“The closer you get to the beginning of school, the more anxious parents become with sudden school closures, both in the public and private sector,” Parish said.
