George Flinn pulls petitions to run for Congress
Former Shelby County Commissioner George Flinn has pulled two petitions for the same race — one to run in the August Republican primary for the 9th Congressional District and one to run as an independent candidate for the same Congressional District. (The Daily Memphian file)
