Lynn Fitch stops in Southaven, appeals to supporters in bid for governor

Mississippi attorney general and gubernatorial candidate Lynn Fitch stopped in Southaven on Friday afternoon, branding herself as a Trump conservative in an appeal to about 50 supporters at a Mexican restaurant.
Those who gathered included DeSoto County Supervisor Mark Gardner and Sheriff Thomas Tuggle, who introduced Fitch before she took the podium at the front of the room.
Tuggle, who he called a friend, assigned a word to each letter of her last name to describe her character: fearless, impactful, teamwork, commitment and heart.
