Judge grants acquittal on 15 charges against Robinson

In a ruling filed Sunday, U.S. District Court Judge Sheryl Lipman granted a motion for acquittal on 15 counts against state Sen. Katrina Robinson in the federal theft, wire fraud and embezzlement trial, but denied a motion on 5 other counts.
