Trial date set for MPD officer accused in 2021 kidnapping, killing
The trial date for Patric Ferguson, 31, was set during a Monday report date in Shelby County Criminal Court Division IX Judge Melissa Boyd’s courtroom, with Shelby County Criminal Court Division VIII Judge Chris Craft presiding over the hearing. (Daily Memphian file)
During Monday’s hearing, Judge Craft altered the conditions to allow Ferguson to attend church, health care appointments and job interviews.
