Inmate at 201 Poplar attacks jailer with sharp object
An inmate has been charged after attacking a deputy jailer who was delivering food to pods inside the Shelby County Criminal Justice Center at 201 Poplar Ave. (The Daily Memphian file)
The affidavit says the inmate told the jailer that he “had something for him,” and “I’m going to kill you.”
