Jail inmate dies in intake at 201 Poplar
An inmate died Nov. 22 at the Shelby County Criminal Justice Center, according to Shelby County Sheriff Floyd Bonner. (The Daily Memphian file)
The TBI is investigating, and the sheriff’s office does not currently believe anyone else was involved in the inmate’s death.
