Pedestrian fatalities rising after two years of decline

In the early morning hours of March 16, Kristian Pinckley woke up to the sound of her mother screaming.
There had been an “incident” involving Pinckley’s younger brother Stephen Davis. The police wanted to meet with her mother Dawn Scarborough to talk further.
Davis had been with his girlfriend that night, so Pinckley called her to get more information.
