Former Sheriff Bill Oldham dies
“I had the pleasure of serving under Sheriff (Bill) Oldham as his chief deputy. I will never forget his wise counsel, along with his unwavering commitment and dedication to law enforcement. Oldham served as both the head of the Memphis Police Department as well as the Shelby County sheriff during a lengthy career in law enforcement.
