NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Senate passed a bill Monday, March 9, that prohibits individual entities from owning more than 100 single-family homes in Tennessee.
The bill, sponsored by Sen. Charlene Oliver, D-Nashville, and Rep. Aftyn Behn, D-Nashville, aligns with President Donald Trump’s Executive Order that directs agencies to promote sales to single owner-occupants.
