Details of Memphis Fairgrounds Planned Development revealed
Details for a multi-purpose sports building at the Fairgrounds were revealed Oct. 17 at Maxine Smith STEAM Academy. (Daily Memphian file)
The city plans to break ground on the development in January 2020, with the sports complex and hotel opening in June 2021 and initial retail opening in November 2021.
