Gina Yannitell Reinhardt

Dr. Gina Yannitell Reinhardt is a senior lecturer at the University of Essex, and a member of the Rhodes College class of 1997. She studies how citizens and policymakers make decisions, particularly under uncertainty that comes from unexpected events like pandemics, hurricanes and other hazards. 

Police in places where law enforcement has higher status have taken a knee in solidarity with citizens demonstrating in the streets. These departments have also used much less force against civilians.
