Malcom Rawls is a graduate of East High School and the University of Memphis. He has been an employee of the Peer Power Foundation since 2005, and now serves as chief operating officer.
A house fire led a Ridgeway student to consider dropping out to aid her family. A Peer Power mentor says, "She was just one step from leaving it all behind."
