Hannah Warren is a lifelong resident of Shelby County, a graduate of Westminster Academy and a student at the University of Memphis. Since being diagnosed with Myotonic Dystrophy in 2014, she has set out on a mission to raise awareness and funds in hopes of finding a cure and treatment for various forms of muscular dystrophy.
